Boy oh boy, new comic, NHL 11, AND a full day of work. As some of you may or may not know, my job hours have recently been altered to where I'm now working almost 50% more than I was before. So hopefully I can keep with the 2-1-2-1-2 schedule, but there's a possibility of it being just a weekly. Only time will tell.
Happy NHL '11 day by the way. I haven't bought the game myself, but rest assured I fully plan to buy it come next paycheck. Be sure to join the lolable comics team.
Also, I just wanted to add that I've finally gotten a smart phone. It wasn't out of choice, my old phone installed a permanent flashlight application by itself somehow. (Aka all I get is a white screen) Anyways, expect more twittering (and facebooking if I can figure out how to post to the page).
Speaking of Twitter, many thanks to @lindor for helping co-write today's comic.

So in the next couple weeks there are a bunch of games coming out that should keep me pretty busy. These games include NHL 11, Civilization 5, and Halo Reach among others. I would suggest getting NHL 11 and joining The Official Lolable Comics EA Sports Hockey Team, (TOLCEASHT). My memory may be a bit hazy but I believe last year TOLCEASHT won pretty much everything.
And now a funny video.

Hazaa new comic! I would also like to announce the new lolable website!
Dave didn't put enough peanut butter in his keyboard, so his computer is now dead. This is also the first officially the first comic with the new tablet. Tuesday's comic will be a little more complicated than this one. Video time!
What's more scary than a bear? A ninja bear.

So awhile back, when my tablet had decided to stop working, some people stepped up and did some guest comics for me. I had just received this one from Kyle Harvey. I wrote it, he drew it, it was quite the Kyle & Kyle production. At first I was going to use it for backup, but I'm so happy with how it turned out that I decided to post it now rather then sit on it for who knows how long.
Also, the no tablet period of my life has ended. I have upgraded to a 9x12 tablet, which is quite a lot bigger from my 4x6 one. I'll post some pictures of it on Tuesday's blog.

So if you're a Blue Jays fan, this weekend was pretty amazing. On Saturday, the jays catching prospect J.P. Arencibia got called up to the majors while John Buck is on the 15 - Day DL. How did he respond in his major league debut you ask? Well the first pitch he saw he hit for a home run. He then hit a double, single, and another home run. It was one of the best debuts for a hitter in the past century.
Then on Sunday, Brandon Morrow got one out away from a no-hitter while striking out 17 batters. That's a ridiculous line, considering that there are 27 outs in a game, he struck out almost 2/3's of them. The team record is 18 which is held by Roger Clemens. In fact until Morrow's game, Clemens was one, two, three, and four for most strikeouts by a Blue Jay in a game. Morrows game is being called one of if not the best start of the decade by some. To which I would agree with
Throughout the year, I have been thinking of getting a Blue Jays jersey, though I have been flip flopping on whose jersey to get. I would joke with my friend that whenever someone hit a home run, I decided that's who jersey I was getting. But after Morrow's game, I don't think there's anymore doubt. Now I Just need to decide if I want home or away.

So as you may know if you are a member of the Lolable Comics fanpage on Facebook, and if you aren't you should join, I went and saw Inception last week. In my opinion, it was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time (since The Adventures of Pluto Nash). Now I've heard some people complain about certain parts that don't make complete sense and all that, which may be true to some extent, but they really did a pretty good job with the story considering how far fetched it was. All in all it was just a very entertaining movie. There aren't many movies that are close to 3 hours long that can keep me interested the whole time but this was one of them. Anyways, go see it. Tell them Dave sent you and you will get a percentage discount. (0 is a percent)
I also want to say that I am quite disappointed in deer cop. A friend of mine drove from Edmonton to Winnipeg and saw 11 dead deer on the road. Tsk tsk deer cop, do your job.
P.S I did not like, or see, The Adventures of Pluto Nash.

So lately I've been thinking about taking down the number of comics from twice a week to once a week. Either that, or alternate two comics, then one comic, then two, etc etc. I'd like to hear what you guys would prefer, so let me know on the forums or what not.
So semi-crazy story, apparently there was a leak at NASA (not oil or anything, info). Supposedly they've found several "Earth-like" planets in the Milky Way. Here's the link to the story.

So today and yesterday the Black Hat conference in Las Vegas is going on. For those that don't know, Black Hat is a technical conference about information security. (AKA hacking) Last year someone named Barnaby Jack was to do a presentation about the vulnerabilities of ATMs but he got stopped by a large vendor. Well this year he is actually presenting and I got a chance to watch it. It is actually quite amazing, and scary, what he can do with what seems like ease. Now this video is crappy quality but it is still pretty cool. Unfortunately the full high quality video of the presentation won't officially be available for several months (although I'm sure we will see copies pop up earlier). I'd suggest giving it a watch.

Another Saturday, another comic. Woo! So yes, they stopped the leak apparently. I wonder if they were looking for a pat on the back at all for it.
In the tradition of posting a link in the blog section, here's a pretty awesome video.
